How to get wrinkles out of your printed vinyl banners ?
1. Pour boiling water on the back of the folds, pull up and flatten (remember not to directly burn the front screen with boiling water, burn the back of the printed graphic, and be careful to burn yourself)
2. hair dryer blowing hot air.You are slowly heating up the vinyl banner material so it works out the wrinkles on the surface
Use the low setting on your hair dryer and avoid pointing it at the printed graphic side
of the material ,instead , turn around the banners evenly apply heat to the creased area.
3. Install the large pvc vinyl banner with force. If possible, use tools such as strong pliers to install (or flat-mouth pliers clamp).
4. If it is a light box screen, be sure to pull the edge of the screen hard to install and fix it.
After the light is turned on, it will heat up the screen, and the screen will naturally be flat after a few days.
Finally, when the weather is cold and humid, the staff can unfold the banner in the sun before installing the billboard and dry it for a period of time to allow the screen to warm up before installation.
In this way, in the summer of the second year, the picture will not appear loose.
